Would you like to lose weight for free? That is how. keep it simple Have you ever heard this saying?

“I’m going to tell you what I’m going to tell you, then I’m going to tell you, then I’m going to tell you what I told you.”

This is how the best educators educate. It is a way of PREPARING YOU to listen, LISTEN and LISTEN to what is being said! People who have heard repeated messages can make a decision that corresponds to them. You are reading this because you are interested in how to lose weight, either for yourself or for someone else.

The first thing to know is that most of today’s obese people are undernourished. Hunger leads to overeating. I once knew a man who ate a jar of butter and a gallon of ice cream every day because that was what satiated his hunger!

Malnourished bodies are hungry.

Why do people go on diets, starve them off, and gain even more weight than when they went on a diet?

Obesity due to malnutrition only gets worse when people try to take diet pills. Malnutrition can only be solved with nutrition, but what is nutrition?

Simply, foods or supplements that contain vitamins and minerals.

Processed foods have little to no nutrition. Heat destroys many enzymes that are normally found in food. Non-organic foods also have little or no nutrition because they are grown in nutrient-poor soil, harvested too early (any nutrients are drawn from the soil during fruit or vegetable growth), and/or improperly handled or stored. On top of that, add pesticides and herbicides.

When people diet, they look for diet foods that typically have chemical sweeteners added, sugars added to reduce fat, or blocking agents (also chemicals) added so that nutrients are not absorbed by your body. Not that there’s much nutrition in those products!

When people diet that way, they also cut their calories to lose weight. The body goes into survival mode and starts sending out the warning “I’m hungry” and stores whatever it receives in reserve fat cells. Giving in to hunger, the body does not release its fat reserves, it enlarges them! That is why the weight gain is greater than when starting a diet.

Organic foods, however, are recognized by the body as food. In a hungry person who is overweight, organic food is more satisfying. The body stops holding on to fat stores because it knows that you are giving it what it needs.

Adding supplements to the diet saves money. ACTUALLY! I bet you always thought you were wasting your money, or even peeing. Here’s how you save money: Replace a meal with a supplement. One that gives you the nutrition your body needs without the calories. Not only that, replace most of your existing supplements with an effective all-in-one. With today’s technology, it can be done.

Here are the steps:

1. Order and carry the highest quality full-spectrum liquid multivitamin/mineral product you can find (always compare products). Take it instead of a meal.

2. Replace what you normally drink with water. Water is cheap! The more you drink, the more weight you will lose. I know this can be difficult. Start with a glass of water first thing in the morning, even half a glass. Then drink another glass with your liquid supplement. You will actually get that nourishment into your body. That can be your breakfast. A lot of people say they don’t eat breakfast anyway. If you like to eat breakfast, be sure to combine protein with fiber, a good amount is 20 grams of protein with 5 grams of fiber. Stay away from carbs and your body will stay in its fat burning stage (when you sleep your body goes into fat burning stage after 4 hours so why not stay that way?).

3. Eat organic foods. Organic just means that it has nutrients. It is not strange or different. It is often more expensive, BUT… your body is satisfied with it, so you don’t eat much more than you need. Lose weight for free by eating fewer more nutritious foods.

4. Get off your ass. I’d kick you out of that chair myself if I were with you, but I’m not, so get up. Take a few more steps a day. If you sit at your computer all day, set an alarm and walk around your desk every 30 minutes. Start slowly and work your way up to walking 30 minutes or more twice a day. The more you walk, the more weight you will lose.

5. Take several deep breaths, face down, your lungs need exercise and your blood needs oxygen. Oxygen helps lose weight! Get used to breathing deeply throughout the day.

6. Seek pleasure. Get a picture that makes you laugh and put it where you will see it often throughout the day. Get a plant that doesn’t need a lot of maintenance and place it where you will see it often during the day. Buy a full spectrum light bulb and place it where it will illuminate your work area during the day if you don’t have sunlight. Talk to people who make you laugh or cheer you up. Stay away from those who don’t.

7. Read. If you’re reading this, there are several other pages for you to read, and more to come on my website! Have a motivational or inspirational book handy. Read a page first thing in the morning to set the tone for the day. Take it with you when you’re stuck waiting in the car. Have it ready to read a page while you eat lunch. Read a page before bed to settle your thoughts and prepare for rest.

8. Write. Record. It’s amazing where our minds take us when we put pen to paper. Hate writing? Because? If you’ve never liked it but haven’t tried it in a while, try it now. Often, we hate writing because we were writing for someone else. Write for yourself. When you keep a “journal,” you are writing about yourself and your life experiences. The “Diary of Anne Frank” is probably one of the most famous diaries.

9. Lose weight for free by NOT GETTING SICK! How much has the disease cost you in the past? How much is your insurance? How much is your deductible? How much does your insurance pay? What are your restrictions? I spend my money to be well!

10. What else? Help someone else, of course! There are many ways to do this. Call a friend in need. Sit down and listen to someone who needs an ear. Give money to a worthy cause. Share your new found knowledge with others. I’m sure other things happen to you. I joined the Kiwanis organization because children are a group worth helping.
