What is a mission statement?

Wal-Mart’s mission statement is “Always Low Prices, Always”, and then they mention how they care about consumers. They touch the hearts of consumers by recognizing their needs. saying that they will experience low prices when they shop at their stores. They use hybrid marketing strategy concepts aimed at winning the hearts of consumers, pushing their product in the door and through the Internet. They know and understand the needs and demands of their clients and value the satisfaction of their clients. They exchange a relationship with them by making them a promise: “Always low prices, always.” This is the concept of a hybrid market oriented. (Harris, M. 2006 ch. 3).

Online marketing is like a new branch in an old marketing tree with lower overhead costs. You are still meeting the customer’s needs and wants with information products or services using the same marketing strategy. To be successful online, you need to do the same thing you would do with a physical store. Focus on what customers want and need, help them buy the best for them, and make them feel good about it. On the internet home page, this will show them that we appreciate them. People are controlled by their emotions. You must focus on their emotions. Make them feel like part of our family. This could build a relationship with the customer. It could also be based on brand awareness. Remember that you want to win customers and keep them for life. That’s what the mission statement is all about.
