What I highly recommend you do to get amazing results is shorter high intensity cardio.

One of the most effective high intensity workouts is HIIT (high intensity interval training). This type of exercise is based on changing the intensity of your interval training. For example: Sprint for 1 minute, then jog for 30 seconds, and repeat for up to 30 minutes.

Researchers from Australia did a test on people doing high-intensity cardio versus low-intensity steady-state cardio. His findings were that those who did the high intensity workouts burned 6 times more fat!

Simply put, if you combine a diet based on proper nutrition and boosting your metabolism along with high-intensity exercise, you’ll burn stomach fat, lose inches off your waist, and become much slimmer in no time. This formula worked VERY well for me and I’m sure it will work for you too!
