Remedies for premature ejaculation and gain the mindset to last longer in bed – For men

Understanding the facts of premature ejaculation

The inability to last long enough in bed for men has always been a problem.

This condition is called premature ejaculation (PE).

If you suffer from this problem, don’t worry, you’re not alone! It is estimated that up to 40% of men have PD at some point in their lives.

In most cases, there is nothing physically wrong with the patients body, although premature ejaculation itself can cause problems in a relationship. Victims must work at not being embarrassed, as this only makes the condition worse. The inability to last long periods of time during sexual intercourse is not a disease and MAY get better. Think of lasting in bed as similar to any other skill that can be improved, for example: how to improve your willpower at work, how to last longer in a marathon or any type of sport. And sex is actually considered a sport by some.

Definition of premature ejaculation

Many people tend to define Premature Ejaculation by numerical measures, for example: how many hours the man has active sexual intercourse, the number of thrusts, etc.

Actually PE is a relative definition; You do NOT suffer from premature ejaculation if you are with a woman who orgasms very quickly (before ejaculating). Conversely, you can have sex with a woman who takes much longer to orgasm than it does for you to ejaculate. So when it comes to definitions, it’s very subjective. Many define PE as the consistent inability to sexually satisfy your partner.

So it really comes down to how long it takes for your lady to orgasm. It is important to remember that it will take each woman a different amount of time to be sexually satisfied; some women can reach orgasm in a matter of minutes, while others can take up to 30 minutes or more.

Some women even find it impossible to orgasm from penetrative sex, no matter how long it lasts, and therefore require an alternate means of stimulation to reach orgasm. Because of this, you may have “premature ejaculation” with some women while not others, therefore the definition of premature ejaculation is based on perception and the circumstances you find yourself in.

According to a study, it takes women from 4 to 16 minutes on average to reach orgasm through penetrative sex. Therefore, if you base your determination of whether or not you suffer from premature ejaculation on numerical values, between 4 and 16 minutes would be a good choice.

Develop the mindset to last longer in bed

As mentioned above, the inability of men to last long periods of time in bed is defined as premature ejaculation.

This ability can be buffed or absolutely buffed if you know what to focus on (and also increase your stamina levels in general).

However, you must be in the right mindset to successfully improve your ability to last longer in bed:

  1. You have to be sure that you can last.
  2. You have to understand how your body system works from the first moment of stimulation until ejaculation. Take this analogy: how can you fix your car if you don’t understand how it works?
  3. You have to understand how your own body responds physically, mentally, and emotionally when exposed to sexual stimulation.
  4. After understanding all this, you can learn to better control your body.
  5. Start practicing simple sexual exercises (such as PC muscle workouts) regularly, as well as general forms of exercise to keep your body in shape.
  6. There are some healthy foods you can eat to help you last longer in bed; Do more research to learn more.
  7. Be patient and consistent in implementing the above practices and exercises.

By acquiring the mindset above (and having a strong will), you’re on your way to lasting longer in bed!
