Many NFL Niches

With September marking the start of the annual NFL season, it’s a great time to assess the earning potential on offer using the power of niche marketing…

To be honest, there’s no need to wait for the season to end before you can cash in on the NFL—the potential is there year-round.
When I started affiliate marketing, one of the first successes I had was with NFL merchandise.

There was, and still is, a large number of people searching online for replica helmets and jerseys of their favorite team.
Not massive numbers, but certainly enough to make a profitable market, and here’s an example of how to profit…

Find a website that sells these replicas, which has an affiliate program, which means that you get paid a commission from any visitor you send that makes a purchase.

He then focuses his traffic generation efforts exclusively on those people looking for a team jersey, because he knows *exactly* what they’re looking for.
It then sends to the specific page that displays the shirt in front of them.

This type of approach increases your conversion rates, because the prospect is pre-qualified.

Or, you can set up a site that sells jerseys for all teams, plus college teams, and market to the general jersey market.

Of course, the merchandise is not limited to helmets and jerseys, far from it!

If merchandise doesn’t appeal to you, you could be an affiliate for game tickets, game day hotel deals, pay-per-view TV deals.

It’s a huge list of potential niche markets to explore.
They can be tried for almost free, if not totally free, and once one is successful, you can repeat for any number of others!

Sports fans are always a good shopping market – they were before the rise of the internet, and they continue to be now!

I like watching the NFL, not just because of the massive hits on tackles, but because of all the niche market potential waiting to be tapped!
