I figure if Toys R Us and Kids R Us can have “R Us” in their name, this article can too. This article is blunt about how to get nice, sexy and beautiful legs for women.

However, I must point out one mistake I see all the time from women trying to get great legs, which wastes a lot of their time and actually ruins any chance of getting great legs.

The mistake first…

Rule 1: Never do long distance jogging, EVER!

Long-distance jogging will undoubtedly slim down your legs…but there’s a cost to doing so. That expense… you will lose muscle mass in your legs. Running long distances is very catabolic (breaks down and uses up muscle).

If you’re trying to lose weight, that’s a big no-no. Why? Because every pound of muscle burns 30 to 50 more calories a day than a pound of fat… while you’re doing nothing. In other words, muscle speeds up your metabolism. So losing muscle will certainly slow down your metabolism.

Rule #2: Get down, get down and get down some more

For nice and beautiful legs, you need to squat. Squats bring out all the muscles and their shapes…basically, they give you beautiful, shapely legs that are pleasing to the eye…as opposed to skinny, shapeless legs that aren’t sexy. 5 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week is ideal.

Rule #3: deadlift

You know that area right where your legs meet your butt, yes, that saggy area.

Well, the deadlift hits that area far better than any other butt-lifting and firming exercise…while the legs flow directly to the butt. Not only does this make your butt look sexy, but it also makes your legs great. Again, do 5 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week.
