Is 5.5 inches too small? Yes, it used to be that size! I used natural methods to get to 8 inches!

Is 5.5 inches too small? I used to be that size, and for me, it was definitely too small. Most men, except for the very well endowed like Ron Jeremy and Tommy Lee, are insecure about the size of their penis to some degree. Even when you show them studies that confirm they’re average or even above, guys always worry that the object of their affection has had previous lovers with larger, more satisfying penises. I’ve talked to guys who are 7 inches or taller and I still worry that they don’t “catch up” where it counts.

Whatever your size, it doesn’t make you unusual if you have apprehensions about whether or not you’re big enough to satisfy a woman. When I was endowed with 5.5 inches in length and 5 inches in diameter, I certainly had those apprehensions, so I set out to confirm or refute my suspicion that 5.5 inches was not enough to satisfy most women.

I first started studying penis size averages. There have been many studies on this subject, but most of them are bunk beds. The reason many of these studies are not good is because they are based on self-measurement. One of the largest penis size studies of all time simply sent postcards to hundreds of men and told them to hold it against their penises and “mark” their size on the card. Even though the responses were totally anonymous and it’s not like the names are being published along with the sizes, let’s face it, we’re guys and will probably exaggerate when we get the chance about the size of our members.

Therefore, the only studies that should be seriously considered when trying to determine what is “average” for an adult male penis are unbiased studies in which population samples were randomly chosen from the adult male population, the self-selection was not present (after all, what kind of men do you think would be most likely to volunteer to have their penis measured?) and, more importantly, that survey staff members measured the penis size, NOT the men themselves.

There have been several studies that meet these requirements and all of them have resulted in roughly the same averages. 6.5 inches in length and 5 inches in circumference. The standard deviation is about 0.5 inches, which means that more than two-thirds of men are between 6 and 7 inches long. My suspicions were confirmed: my 5.5-inch penis placed me among the smallest men.

That was my first indication that 5.5 inches was too small. If you know women, you know they like to compare men in that area, and it only added to my insecurities knowing for sure that the other men my sexual partners compared me to were overwhelmingly bigger than me. The second thing that killed my confidence was the fact that with my 5.5 inch penis, I was never able to make a woman climax through intercourse alone. I finally spoke to a woman who told me flat out that my size was part of the problem. Because he was so low, he couldn’t stroke long enough and deep enough to create enough friction or sensation and he certainly didn’t have enough girth to make up for it.

So what did I do about it? I naturally enlarged my penis using only my hands. The way I did it was by utilizing a series of penile traction exercises on the shaft of my penis every day. When you apply traction to your penis, you cause cell regeneration through a process called cytokinesis, and this gives you new, healthy, permanent tissue growth that, over time, results in a much longer and thicker penis. I started seeing size increases in about two weeks and eventually went from 5.5 inches long and 5 inches in diameter to over 8 inches long and exactly 6 inches in diameter!
