Hot air oven – a device that helps kill germs

A hot air oven is designed to kill bacteria and sterilize lab products so they are germ free. Widely used in rubber industries, medical product manufacturing industries, and various others to perform the sterilization process, it uses dry heat to kill germs on the item and sample. The device works between 50º C and 250º C according to the thermostat principle to control the temperature. It is designed with the digital panel to control the temperature digitally. Equipped with double-wall glass insulation, it conserves electricity as it captures heat in the double-wall design and does not let it escape to the outside.

It works on the principle of gravity air convection in a very heated unit chamber. The double-walled layer made of stainless steel maintains the heat level inside the cabinet as the inner layer is less conductive and the outer layer is made of metal. It is widely used to sterilize materials in the pharmaceutical industry to kill germs present on medical tools and instruments with dry heat.

Sterilization is the process of removing germs, contamination, bacteria, microbes, viruses, and other different things that are on the surface of the material. The whole process is carried out in the electrical device using dry heat. Biological products are kept at a certain temperature so that they are clean and hygienic for medical purposes. This process is done on medical equipment such as scissors, cutters, blades, and various other surgical tools. The product or article is kept at a certain temperature and allowed to cool to room temperature after leaving the door open.

Thermostat technology controls the temperature within the chamber and the double door structure maintains the temperature within the chamber efficiently. The testing machine is used in the medical industry, hospitals, and different size testing laboratories to kill germs and free bacteria.
