Well NEVER FEAR, I am here to tell you that you can make your own salad dressing that will have you enjoying your DELICIOUS salad in less than 5 minutes. Skeptical? Well, don’t be, I’m not kidding!

Most dressings have only four or five ingredients, and I’m not talking about the ingredients you have to go out of your way to buy… I’m talking about the normal, everyday ingredients you have in your fridge or pantry/kitchen. signature. It’s about time we stopped paying $3+ for salad dressing, when we can make it ourselves for a quarter of the price.

So in this article I am going to cover the recipe for the two best dressings to get you started and then if you are interested in learning more then you can. Poppy seed dressing:

1 – You will want to start with 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar

2 – Then add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

3 – Then mix 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

4 – Lastly, add 1/2 teaspoon of poppy seeds, a pinch of garlic powder (and if you like a little spice, add a pinch of minced jalapenos)

Caesar dressing:

1 – Start with 2 teaspoons of BALSAMIC vinegar

2 – Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

3 – Add 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

4 – A splash of Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice

5 – Finally, shake with a pinch of garlic powder and a little salt and pepper.
