Gudauri:
The Gudauri Mountain Ski Resort is located on the southern slope of the main Caucasian mountain range, 2,153 meters above sea level, 120 kilometers from Tbilisi, and is loved by fans of skiing, snowboarding and heli- ski. Snow depth frequently reaches 2 meters and the weather is mild with plenty of sunshine during the Gudauri season that lasts from December to April.
Ski:
At an altitude of up to 3,000 meters, there are four of 18 km. marked ski slope lines, conforming to European standards for: slalom, giant slalom, super-giants and downhill slopes, which are popular with professionals and amateurs. Three 3 and 4 seater Dopplemayer lifts connect all the ski areas. The Gudauri slope is always available for those who like to ski in virgin snow; They have at their disposal the unevenness of 4 km wide and 5 km long, with a vertical drop of up to 1,000 meters.
