I doubt that many people have heard of fasting as a method of curing acne. Even those who have heard of it probably scoff at the idea that it should work, as it goes against conventional wisdom when it comes to acne and general health. I know I certainly thought it was a ridiculous idea when I first heard it years ago. I mean, how could it be healthy for me not to eat and drink only pure vegetable juice, let alone cure my acne?
