Penny Auction Secrets

Have you ever had a friend or family member legally change their name? Do you remember thinking why he or she did that? I mean, to you, he just looks like David, right? For some reason, the name suits him. He sounds like a David or your friend Alex walks like an Alex. For some reason, our names define us to some degree, and in much the same way, the username you end up choosing for your penny auction account will either come across as an easy win or show you as a huge threat to your competition.

Another concept to consider is psychology. People tend to engage in fun and exciting things that bring a lot of pleasure, happiness, and a sense of joy. On the other hand, they will avoid stressful and frustrating circumstances like the plague. What does that mean to you? Well, one of the things you’ll need to do is create a username that effectively says, “I’m here to play with your mind.” “I’m rich and I just want to mess with people.” “I’m going to win no matter what the cost.” “I have a temper, don’t mess with me because you’re going to lose.” Please don’t take this in real life circumstances though. I am not saying that you need to change your character and personality in general here. What I mean is that when you are bidding with an effective username, other bidders will notice and might adjust their bids based on your bidding schedule accordingly.

Another important thing. If your username is a bit annoying, it will psychologically irritate your competition. You’ll want to make sure his annoyance level is a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. The reason not to make him too annoyed is because you don’t want to goad your competition because they might become more aggressive than you. I wish they were.

Always remember, if your username is SLIGHTLY annoying, it will psychologically irritate your competition to your advantage.

Another easy step to improve your username is to use capital letters in the appropriate places to give the username a clearer and more commanding presence.

Some penny auction sites don’t have limit options, but for the most part, they do. You can capitalize the entire username if it’s just one word. This gives it a more commanding presence.

Another great way for your competition to remember your username is to get as many free offers as you can. They are out there if you just look for them. I personally give away thousands of free offers every day.

The reason you’ll want to stock up on free bids is because when your competition sees you placing a ton of bids on an auction item, they can assume you’ll win at any price. And that’s a very good place to be when participating in penny auctions.

Most people don’t consider this little thing of having a great username to be very important, but in the long run you’ll be glad you picked the right one.
